PAIX- Cassady Daley
Breathe in the crisp mountain air
So sweet with passion, love, peace.
Our world is in turmoil.
People killing for race, religion, gender.
It is time to unite, becoming one
Peace to the people, to everyone.

  1. I like the parallel sentence structure you include in several of your lines. It leaves room for a simple, but powerful poem. good work

  3. Cassady you always have the best poems! I love how simple your poem is, yet how it gets across a very strong point. I like the simplicity, and the word choice you used as well.

  4. Cassady, I really like the first line of your poem - visceral feeling. I would like to see more of that in your poem. Your message is simple but compelling...if only people would listen to this advice. It seems so easy but clearly isn't.
